He was very honest, kind, down to earth, and easy to deal with, it's nice to know there are still good people out there willing to help others out! Our budget was very tight, but Ivo gave us the top of the line roofing for less than other companies' low-grade roofing! What a pleasant young man to deal with! I have had a lot of bad experiences with contractors and was very cautious when I picked Stofan Construction LLC to do my roof. I got about 5 other estimates before I deceived to have Ivo and Stofan Construction LLC do my work. I was very surprised with the service I received. The roof looks GREAT! Not only was I impressed on how knowledgeable you were on the work that had to be done but also by the answers you had provided to my questions. Especially by describing how you would rectify one problem in particular. No other contractor explained what would be done, and even seemed shocked when I asked them specific questions. I intend to highly recommend your company to other people, and will call Stofan Construction LLC in the future for new roofing.

They were on time, answered every question, quick to get me an estimate, I had interviewed several companies and these guys were a delight, not pushy at all very easy to talk too and I just knew they were the company to choose great products, warranties and best of all my new roof and siding make my house look like the best one in the neighborhood I would (and have) recommend Stofan Construction LLC to everyone.

I experienced water damage in my dining room from a failed roof and sections of siding that were improperly installed. On recommendation from a trusted friend who regularly employs Stofan Construction LLC for work on his several properties, I contacted Ivo Stofan at Stofan Construction and left a voicemail. Ivo responded by phone the next day and came to my home the following day to evaluate the source of the water leak and took pictures of what he found. Based on my friend's recommendation, I knew I wanted Ivo to do the necessary repairs. I also had him evaluate the condition of my siding, which also showed wear and tear...

Ivo presented three estimates: one for "patching" the roof alone, one for roof replacement (my roof was 37 years old), and a third for roofing and siding replacement. I felt confident enough in the quality of Stofan Construction's workmanship to sign the contract to have both the roofing and siding replaced. Throughout the re-construction at my home, I experienced skilled workmanship, neatness and respectfulness by Stofan employees and close supervision and inspection by Ivo Stofan, Now that the work is finished, I am totally satisfied with the work done and would welcome the opportunity to be a personal reference for Stofan Construction LLC. I hired STOFAN CONSTRUCTION LLC to install siding on my house. The price was very fair, excellent work by various craftsmen. Work was performed quickly and on time per timetable. I also hire them to fix my daughters roof, suffix and install new gutters. They corrected the bad roofing installation from the previous roof installers "Gutter Magicians", who were scam artist (poor workmanship). Thank you, Mr. Stofan, for correcting the problems.
